Post-Divorce Financial Planning
One of the biggest fears I hear from clients going through divorce is the fear if they are going to be okay. This is a valid concern considering that women’s household income fell by an average of 41% following a divorce, while men’s household income fell by 23%. Additionally, only 45.6% of custodial parents who are owed child support receive the full amount.
Once the divorce is finalized then we can begin to work through a financial plan as we will have concrete numbers to plan around.
